High Risk Marketing is a media buying SaaS platform specializing in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising services. We provide tools, training, and support for managing high-risk advertising campaigns including but not limited to iGaming, finance, dating, nutra, sweepstakes, e-commerce, and drop-shipping verticals.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Violate Meta's advertising policies or terms of service

5. Advertising Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your advertising campaigns comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies, including Meta's Advertising Policies. We provide tools and guidance, but ultimate compliance responsibility rests with you.

6. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are as specified on the Platform. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by High Risk Marketing and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our proprietary tools, methodologies, and training materials remain our exclusive property.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Platform integrates with third-party services including GoHighLevel (GHL) for client management and Meta for advertising services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or policy changes.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee specific results from advertising campaigns. Success depends on multiple factors beyond our control including ad creative, offer quality, market conditions, and compliance with platform policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Risk Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting info@high-risk.marketing. No refunds will be provided for early termination.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High Risk Marketing from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your advertising campaigns, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
